The Best Way to saute spinach

Hey there! Want to make some awesome sautéed spinach? Here's the easiest way to do it:

What You'll Need:

  • Fresh spinach (about 2 big handfuls per person)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Steps:

  1. Wash your spinach and shake off extra water
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat
  3. Add chopped garlic and cook for 30 seconds
  4. Toss in your spinach (it might look like a lot but it shrinks!)
  5. Use tongs to move the spinach around for 2-3 minutes until it wilts
  6. Add a pinch of salt and pepper

Pro Tip:

Don't cook it too long! Spinach is done when it's just wilted but still bright green.
