- Start Super Slow
Run at a pace where you can easily talk. This is called the 'conversational pace.' It might feel too slow, but it's the key to going farther! - Add Just 10% Each Week
If you run 1 mile now, try 1.1 miles next week. Small increases keep you safe from injuries. - Take Walk Breaks
