The Best Way to cook lamb

Cooking lamb doesn't have to be scary! Here's the easiest way to make amazing lamb:

  1. Take the lamb out of the fridge 30 minutes before cooking (this helps it cook evenly)
  2. Rub it with olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary
  3. Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C)
  4. For a medium-rare lamb leg or chops:
    • 25 minutes per pound for a leg
    • 7-8 minutes per side for chops
  5. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes after cooking

Pro Tips:

  • Use a meat thermometer if you have one: 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare
  • Don't overcook it - lamb is best pink in the middle!
