The Best Way to cook crab
Cooking crab is actually pretty simple! Here's the easiest and most delicious way to do it:
- Fill a large pot with enough water to cover your crabs
- Add a lot of salt (about ½ cup per gallon of water)
- Bring the water to a boil
- Put the crabs in the pot (make sure they're still alive)
- Cook for about 15 minutes or until the shells turn bright red
- Take them out and let them cool for a few minutes
Pro Tips:
- You can add seasoning to the water like Old Bay or lemon
- If the crab is frozen, thaw it first
- Larger crabs might need a few extra minutes
