Brook trout (or brook) is one of the tastiest fish you can cook! Here's the easiest way to prepare it:
What You'll Need:
- Fresh brook trout
- Butter
- Lemon
- Salt and pepper
- Aluminum foil
Steps:
- Clean the fish and pat it dry with paper towels
- Season inside and outside with salt and pepper
- Place a small piece of butter and lemon slice inside the fish
- Wrap it in foil
- Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes
The fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork!
